IMO, it's not just the judges in our cases for EDIG. It is also the way the laws are written ( by whom?) and the way they can be interpretated. Then you have the lawyers who are not known for hurrying up a case. The longer the case the more billing hours. Meanwhile the sales and profits continue for the offenders who use are tech. But that is going to end ( I believe ) when our company has the law on our side and we can drag things out to our advantage.
