e.Digital files a 1st motion of default against a dead beat defendant...6-30-2015

The Judge, by some reasoned default consideration, pardons Ivideon with a stay pending the e.Digital vs Google IPR and denies e.Digitals 1st motion of default.

Defendant finally wakes up after the conclusion of the e.Digital vs. Google IPR....to find e.Digital filing a second motion of default .

Subsequent that and various Administrative motions......Defendant then files "Motion to Vacate Entry of Default Judgment" where this motion is still open for a ruling...

Back and fourth they argue....

The judge reads on....where soon this argument ends....this case never launched and was filed 2-13-2015.....close to one year and 6 months all for nothing.....because of, for the most part, a dead beat defendant ignoring the complaint, where the judge rewards that defiance...??

anyway, that's due to end shortly with some kind of order ....
