The aforementioned patents are each asserted in this case and are the subject of Defendant’s Motion to Stay (ECF No. 37), which was granted by this Court on February 3, 2016 (ECF No. 60). There are no other Petitions for IPR currently pending in relation to the patents asserted in this case. As the now-terminated IPRs were the sole basis for this Court’s grant of Defendants’ Motion to Stay, Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court lift the stay and set a Case Management Conference within thirty (30) days or any date thereafter that is convenient for the Court.
