Google could wait for the patents to expire... Not with Nunchi per say... but with other patents and other companies ( a sister company comes to mind)....

But could they wait for Fred to expire..? at 64 or what ever do you think he'll live to 90 or 100?

And will Fred wait till just before he expires ( an unknown for him and all of us [shareholders] )?

Just saying "time is of the essence", just like they put in all sorts of contracts (because it is true).

Of course a lump sum can/will trigger all sorts of tax consequences... just another thing to think about.

And just to be more realistic, this settlement with Google has undisclosed details of which we are only able to speculate on for now. However, some one or ones know just what are the details. Therefore, IMO, the specifics will be reflected in the share price and volume in the coming days and weeks.
