Seems to me, somebody wants our patents, or they would not have stolen the tech to use them in their products to make them better....duh......

I'm hoping the reason for the hush hush settlement, is to give both parties time to cool down, regroup, Google put a buyout offer together, EDIG BOD negotiate back and forth for the best deal, Tony right in the thick of it brokering the deal, terms are met.....then...

We get notice of a proxy vote being prepared to approve the buyout, we all vote yes, get the cash, then keep in touch via email and texts....ya, that'sounds what I want.
