It amazing...

Patent case challengers of infringement might as well plead their case in the summons...damages and all.

What's funny about this...the 84 1930 rules, because of the internet, the internet allows for the unfolding of a case to happen with speed and organization....nothing is lost.

Why change the rules now to force a plaintiff to basically plead their case in the first ten minutes of a case?
