Isn't it amazing the political gaming that, all so recently, needed to happen?

84 goes back to 1930, where recently it needed to be changed. Just a matter of taking advantage of a Supreme Court case in creating a new precedence( political point of view of 1930 standards) and there you go.....swift change.

It only changes when someone needs it to change....more or less like a temper tantrum.
