A small concession by a big company could be a great win by a small company. Wilson Sonsini does not normally leave fights early so the details (if they are to be known) are going to be important. Hopefully there is a royaliy stream as part of the agreement.
Now we wait...
and while waiting I did pick up additional shares today. It appears that I am only one of a half dozen folks to do so.
