This could be an indication that there's a settlement in the the making.....actually a settlement already concluded. Otherwise, I see no reason to view the dismissal as positive.

EDIG's the plaintiff. Do you mean the defendant? In any case, both parties readily agreed to the dismissal. I'm just curious about why the defendant's claims were dismissed without prejudice. This seems to be constant on all EDIG's settlements. EDIG surrenders it right to sue again on it's claims but the defendants retain their right to sue again on their claims. Apparently EDIG considers the defendants claims as worthless and unwinnable and just something else to throw into the negotiating pot.
