"It's not over till it's over,"

6-24-15 marks the start for NUNCHI IPR....If the petition is excepted, which should be 3 months from 9-24-15.. or 12-24-15..I will patently wait 12 more months to get it over with and un challengeable by anyone at this level.

It is a big deal for me. Petition denied, or case prosecuted to the limits...I need to see solid results on this issue.

With that, what e.Digital does in the interim I don't care...it just doesn't matter to me.

So spend wisely...
