Yes, I agree. My point is why wait?? The new hire should have come before the shareholder meeting, IMO. Shareholders might have voted differently ( which Fred might have found pleasing to his wishes ). I believe he is busy with other things, so a helper would be a good thing -- like yesterday or weeks ago. Here is an opportunity to at least get a foot in the door or make contacts with a new security aspect of the industry. Oh, and did I mention that the company is Intel? !!!! I mean don't we have a connection there? I mean could we build on that connection? Could that open doors for us and our tech? If Nunchi could be so helpful with humans navigating their lives ( blood pressure, falling in an accident etc ) couldn't Nunchi also be capable of offering the same navigation security for an automobile... ??? Fred or Allen Cocumelli please use some of your contacts ( if you haven't already ?? ) and introduce our tech to those on this new review board !
Mr. Cocumelli's background also includes seven years at Intel Corporation as a manager in the Components Manufacturing Group and as Director of Corporate Training and Development. His activities at Intel included the start-up of four manufacturing facilities, the implementation of a corporate-wide training development system and management responsibility for over 300 employees in four domestic and overseas locations.
