ArcSoft consideration for stay...

"Second, a stay will simplify the issues in the litigation because it is highly likely that the PTO will institute most, if not all, of the five IPRs, resulting in a substantial amount of the challenged claims being subject to cancellation or amendment."

Google, apparently, has not filed a stay pending IPR's in its civil proceedings.. With that, Purcell has not filed opposition to the IPR's yet either, though he has, as I remember, 3 months to do so. During the 6-24-15 civil action time frame claims construction issues were heating up.
