I have stated from the beginning that the problem has always been that judges make law according to their opinion. To hell with what is written as "THE LAW" they will cite what they believe and thats that. Then what we have are their clerks who are as dumb as rain who have no idea what the law is assisting them. Handle is a wonder that he can do what he has done with the morons we have they ejudicate the law.
