I am a business owner and often decisions are made based upon receiving information. The receiver of the information action to the information is only as good as the reliability of the information received. The Flash Patent portfolio was a good portfolio prior to a negative Marksman opinion. Not having good Legal Representation didn't help nor did not having money in the bank to pursue products, Advertising ect. This time through learned lessons Patent Attorneys, Early Pursuing of possible infringement claims through Marksman pending opinions we are in a better position than perhaps before. I hate the drought in information but respect it's necessity. When it is appropriate to release the anticipated information that I we have been waiting it will happen. On that release its game on if you're invested. It's kick yourself if you're sitting on the fence procrastinating. I feel comfortable with being invested waiting on the end game. IMHO the company is comitted to seeing the Internet Of Things, IOT evolution evolve and the company with it. Everything takes time to get it right in business. Research In Motion now BlackBerry used to control the smartphone market with their technology. Then came Android and look what happened to their market share. Now guess what they are adopting Android in a BlackBerry smartphone. I use BlackBerry as an example namely because they settled with eDigital on infringement claims of Flash Patents. IMHO they are aware of Nunchi Patents Portfolio and just may be one of those companies asking if Nunchi can do this or that. I might also add they just happen to be sitting on over Three Billion to regain what was lost by being late to the game. Just my opinions and observations over the years.
