How are things on the Left Coast this morning? You are an early riser, as usual.

You points are well taken!

However, the plan for a "virtual" meeting seems to me to be ill advised. It's a bad PR move. A virtual meeting removes the potential for the spontaneous comment or exchange, the read of body language ( some folks have strength in that area!) and then plays directly to the commentary that there has been a real lack of transparency of the workings and progess at EDIG.

If I am running the company or I'm Chairmen of the BOD September's SHM is conducted in a live interactive format.

As a BOD, I welcome all questions from shareholders, live and direct, and I then face off directly ( good and bad news) with the concerns of the owners of the company.

Just, IMVHO!
