Re: curious phenomenon known as the virtual annual meeting !
It was time for management and the BOD to meet live with their shareholder group. Their collective inability to drive sustainable shareholder value is unacceptable.
IMO, the call for a "virtual" meeting ( after close to 2 years since the last gathering) is very questionable and certainly ill advised.
