I believe that there is an unseen urgency. Fred, like us all, is not getting any younger. Quite sure it would not bother him to not have to defend against the slings and arrows that he now does on a daily basis. I believe he has around 1 million shares(or options) that he would be glad to cash in if the price and timing were right. When a duck swims across a pond there are no ripples and there is no visible exertion, but under the water he is paddling like mad. I believe Fred is paddling like mad as best as he knows how.
