Purcell filed for an IPR er-hearing on that matter pointing out the statutory issue....where it's possible it will still be ignored.

Regarding the above comment, if the PTO review board ignores the Congressional Statue Law issue, how will you feel? Not only that, PTO regulatory issues aside, the PTO itself states...that statutory issues must be adhered to, or a petition date will not be given.

Because, as I see, politically this 108 IPR review is going to be a washout for e.Digital. Ignoring the statute is political.

We lose the income stream.
