Now we are looking at a PTAB ruling that disregards statutory issues?

Big money taints....and it's real tough to dodge it.

We are fighting a political war and not a legal war. Though the law is the battle field.

Will we find out that Purcell has fired back with a bulls- eye? His arguments seem sound to me.

Now we wait to see just how political this game is.
