What makes people here think the company is not calling on potential customers to sell their wares? Also, that there are no working m-S proto types and applications being created for their Nunchi requests?

Just because Fred has not put out a PR saying "the m-S proto types are being beta tested by X # of companies", does not mean it's not happening.

The verbage used at SHM's, statements in PR's, Handal now involved in their part of the marketing, which to me is the legal part only obviously, makes it real clear the selling efforts exist.

The Nunchi info BLR got out of Cocumelli & Falk 8-29-13 is proof of the selling efforts.

I called Fred a while back when the 1st Nunchi suit was filed, asking why here we go again getting eventual licenses via litigation, vs selling a license with out. I posted his answer more than once...."we are trying to sell/license our IP, but we can't stop anyone from stealing it."
