I agree sunpoop, just threw it all out there generically.

A trial and treble damages win would be wonderful, "validate" and all that, but seems recent events on 108, a company would be damn fools to risk it.

Having said that, I hope someone rolls the dice and we kick their fanny, but I'd be 70 by then...lol.
