Joe, just read this and sorry but I disagree....EDig's patents and status in their world playground has to be VALIDATED....Settling with anyone is most likely construed to be as a "big boy" fly swatting a gnat just to get rid of it and paying pittance for their trouble.

We have only two alternatives, in my mind, to VALIDATE all our patents and that is either: have a trial and win, or get a "big boy" to accept our IP, acknowledge that to the world, pay for their past transgressions and go forward by licenses. or whatever, royalities would be fine.

I do believe that would preclude ANY future disagreements, claims, disputes from anyone and EDig would be left with only one question......How much are you willing to pay to use our IP?
