Giants...There is no date of when the new representation came on board, unless one wants to pay for a peek.
In any event, there is an assigned legal team watching over 108....and most likely will file the response to the 12-31-14 petition when/if necessary...
Most likely getting ready for the recent additional cases that were just named....that might file an IPR.
