btw, the "petition" referred to re: '108 the INTER PARTES REVIEW OF THE PATENT-IN- SUIT, is not filed in our infringement cases, it is a separate filing with uspto...re: Intel's similar motion, it also did not show up for a while, but you might want to notice WE have new counsel for '108.....I'd say in Plank's lowly opinion re: everything in this note. WE"VE got this covered.
