jefother...Yes, however cases are proceeding in groups. Each group will go through the claims construction process, with the same claim issues already ruled on, or for other issues.

Micron, is going through a claims construction process for claim 1 having the exact issues considered as the prior claims ruling.

As it looks they settle prior to the hearing, or get a similar existing ruling.

Or they get their case stayed…pending an IPR….of which they filed a petition with the USPTO 12-31-14.

For Intel, if I remember correctly, the IPR was over prior art issues.
