The limitations of 108 are not limited to flash within the CLAIMS.

The specifications detail the issues of BAN and flash memory as a, CONSIDERATION "and this is what this 108 patent can do in comparison....utilizing flash memory."

That said, the CLAIMS and the OBJECTS AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION do not mention Flash memory as a specific limitation on the patent.

The terms used are "non-volatile memory" and "computer chip memory" in detailing the legal bounds of the patent.
