The RAM issues are a given...NAND and NOR with RAM are solid.
The issues of NOR without RAM, by removing the two little challengeable words.... a parting gift.
I just want to see the court understand the tech and how it's considered in the claims...of both 108 and 774.
The issues settled on the merits of NOR without RAM have not been very beneficial to this point.
Thing is, we do not have to start from scratch waiting on a 108 claims construction process, post appeal ...it will be hardened come the 12th.... with, or with out the two little words.
