We got way more than that.....and it just happened to coincide with the current claims construction of 108 claim 1… tentatively favoring e.Digital.
If the CE appeal ruling did not release 108...I would be singing a different tune...and you would not like it....
We are directly staring at the CO claims construction ruling as being a non-issue….with Handal gaining absolute control….no matter what company comes before him.
