Hand writing was on the wall far back as 2009, that we were getting out of the widget business, with IP developement to take it's place as our only "product."
Remember when they launched the Innovations Group and put up a separate website? That was introduced in 2010 on Dec 15, the day after RP resigned. One of those "bad news" then "good news" deals.
Mar 14, 2010 Falk and Nunally held the podcast, introducing Nunchi, in which we submitted 23 questions, with 18 being answered either directly or in the content of the presentation....I was keeping track...lol.
Nunally was to head up the Inno Grp.
That was the "official" turning point that we were going to be an IP development "think tank."
This was the beginning signs eVU was on the way out and we'd never develop a widget ever again.

Each filing (most) had eVU business update comments, with a slow list of HINTS eVU was a dying breed.
Follow my thinking?
Just before the Sept 1, 2011 SHM, the Inno Grp was no longer, then they put Nunchi on the website we always had. Fred stated at that meeting, it was a mistake to separate the two.
