The history has been Sept or Nov but the last one 8-29-13.

Few days before the 9-17-08 SHM, then 09 was Nov 19.

8-29 is the earliest I remember, but way back they may have had a different pattern that I don't remember.

You could go to SEC filings in YH and check far back as they keep on the site.

Bottom line IMO, the next one will be between Sept and Nov.
