I like your opinions! Like Jobs said we don't look at patents . Their plan and many other dominate companies likewise with countless legal beagles on leash is to deal with patents in court as the need arises knowing full well that between the technical challenges they launch toward the patent wording and construction (cause it is hardly ever perfect) , the political sway they carry (especially in their home districts: think Google) the musical chairs establishing the Judge (look no further than SC ) , or political climate du jour ( the term troll comes to mind ) , plain old corruption and/or corrupted reasoning by the(ir) judges that they can beat the system and usually do. But we must be positive in spite.
