One cannot casually consider the re-exam ...and that seems to be what is taking place.

The judges, apparently, do not have a complete understanding for the significance of the added image data entered during the re-exam.

The added image data, in effect, rectifies the RAM issue ruled on in CO. It appears just too subtle an addition to mean anything...and it takes a lot to discover that it really does add significant change.
