My main point is, suits don't matter, except the revs generated from them has kept us from fading off in the sunset. Info "leaked" that EDIG will get paid X for a settlement IMO, won't cause anyone to buy shares.

It's not cheap to pay Nunally et al to develop new IP, file patents apps, marketing attempts and the like, so without the DM and Handal action the last 6 years we'd be gone.

If...a big if, we see revs from my last 2 line items, THAT's news.

On that note, if they have licensed our new IP, I'd not count on EDIG naming the outfit(s) either. More often than not, CE companies do not disclose their vendors for outsourced components, let alone patent licensing, unless you are a QCOM or others like them.
