Joe you may well be right, but it is difficult for me to fathom anything significant is going to be announced regarding the last two line items. I realize that the company is very tight lipped these days, however there are dozens if not hundreds of outsiders, lawyers, people that work in lawyers offices, friends or family members of principals in the many companies that we are suing, etc, etc that would potentially have information that they could act on if it were significantly positive. When money is involved, stuff just leaks out sometimes. Zero has leaked as the volume and share price reflect. Therefore, my comment do not expect too much.
