I have no desire to return to the EDIG days of PR's over promising results however, although outsourcing work is very common place, and normally not noteworthy, the IPMETRICS assignment was so important that EDIG's management decided to issue a press release to announce the significance of that action.

IMO, we shouldn't have to guess how that assignment was concluded. The shareholders didn't open up that door, but EDIG's management and BOD certainly did.

Maybe there is nothing to be said, however, we certainly can't accuse EDIG of over communicating!
