The appeals court, in this matter, is merely a referee....that the SC civil ruling has taken advantage of in running out the clock.

The SC court ruling is simply eating up e.Digitals IP time....that is all it had an interest in doing.

It's not about the patents involved...It was about, " I'm ruling in this manner simply to eat up your time e.Digital"

This is plain to see. We're not getting a "fastest way out", we've gotten a screw job....and lost precious time.
