There is a challenge between 774 and 108...unresolved. Settlements, IMO, are being partially determined on that basis.

774...no RAM upheld at the civil court through the CE ruling...

108..has RAM defined...however, it's jammed in the same CE ruling... where 774 is not being allowed to be re-litigated.

Defendants are leaning on it at settlements.
