Patent 108, Claim 1 has not been narrowed and HANDAL does not have to settle for pennies on the dollar as with the previous narrowed 774 & 737. In my opinion, of course. I'm really waiting to see what types of settlements amounts HANDAL will bring to the table with PATENT 108, claim 1.
