One could look at in that way....

Thing is, they are still building their case for FlashR, they are just simply not there yet.

When, or if they get there, they will be holding the best hand at settlement negotiations....regarding FlashR.

Until then, what you see is what you get.

If they do get favorable results on appeal, regarding FlashR, e.Digital will have news to present to the investing community. It is then up to the investing community to make its decision for all considerations of e.Digital....Yes..No... and that will take time as well...on any additional news.
