My comments to you..

Two months for e.Digitals review of briefs, ...two months for the Huawei review of briefs, and I gave three months for the courts decision after all briefs considered...7 months.

IMVHO, this is not a technical decision that the judges have to be fully up to speed on (the CO Markman issues) other than knowing the simple story. This decision is more about the authorities that the CE judge used in making his decision. Was the Civil Courts decision decided on sound principles? Was his decision right in not giving any weight to the particulars presented by e.Digital ?...That being the re-certified 774 patent through re-examination, along with, the cross referencing of 108 in e.Digitals arguments to deny the CE.
