So Edig has been asking for all of these date extensions, not the defendants, and the defendants are not opposing the requests. In fact, several of them have not even answered our complaint against them. It is stated that the extensions are not for the purpose of delay. Then the language "if a resolution can be reached in this matter, most likely such a resolution would be a global resolution that would resolve this case in it's entirety as to all parties"--it seems the normal reaction would be for Edig to be wanting this to move forward as quickly as possible. This makes me wonder if maybe Edig is working on something bigger--? Also the seemingly quick settlement(terms?) between Edig and Apple does not add up. Both sides knew that Apple could have out spent us in court for years to come. Connection? No I am not jumping on Dolphins1 bandwagon, just trying to make sense of things that, in some ways, do not seem logical. More questions than answers is the constant.
