In the old days, EDIG had an employee who was there in house counsel. His name is Richard Korey Hosey. To the best of my memory, he also served as our IT guy. I met and chatted with him at a couple of SHM's. We had about 16 employees at the time at the 1st Rancho Bernardo office, then they scaled down to 7 to date. Richard has been gone for a few years.

How many NDA's did we have in the old days? Have no idea?

How many NDA's do we have in place now during the Handal relm? I have no idea?

Are the NDA's better protecting us with a hired gun managing them today than in the past? Time will tell.

Dwelling on and worring about mistakes in the past, thinking it will be more of the same, is not in my thought process.

Another example, every single new patent application filing has been thru a law firm using the cloaked method until the patent is issued then published. The company did not protect Flash-R using this more expensive filing method with the USPTO.

EDIG has changed it's ways is my point, but if some company out there wants to try and steal it, we'll see them in court.

Handall & Assoc is our insurance package, just in case.

Why did Fred expand the relationship to now include lisencing our new IP?

Make ya wanna go...hmmmmmm?
