Even though we have many patents for Nunchi and what ever, those thoughts are out there and companies see their value but are not quite ready to invest. So what they do is try to come up with something that might be simular but not the same. Its the idea and they want to try and accomplish for themselve what might work for them, but try to do it with out infringing. apple tried that and were succesful and made billions and here we are trying to get some of it through litagation
