Yes, I understand their process...it's the same as many do that are never heard of again.

However, IMO, NEST is a big con job @ both ends....Google shares rising on nothing...and cash that could float out the back door of NEST....by hyping on technology issues that are now prominent at this time in the media.

Many detailers are hyping on CNBC the great deal it is.

For the previous connection and non bidding, there's just not enough in NEST for me to feel otherwise....and Google will have control of that large over priced chunk of cash...not Fadell.

IMO, It's about moving Google assets around...
