Why, are you impressed with Google incubation?

Google already owned the thermostat producer through its ventures investment arm. The only thing Google is doing is taking ownership of the name and pumping Google currency(1137 per share) into the deal.

As for the NEST tech, the device itself, it has a learning ability, however that telemetry is plugged into house current. As for apps from your phone, that requires a home network gateway, a bit more involved than being sensationalized.

Google is floating on hot air, like a huge billboard. Google only trades 275 million shares, of which, on my last review, trades a slim volume due to its price.

I'll leave Google to the high rollers, and I'm not impressed with its sensationalized so called purchase.
