Why is it strange? Because O'Shea rambles on over issues not directly related to the issues of the case?

The only thing that happened is the 20 of DEC was approaching and the Apple case closed prior to that.....then hanging up on its joinders to their SPJ considerations....very nasty if you ask me.

Similar circumstances have already concluded.....I see this as nothing other than the same conclusion....with a little drama added at the end.

Perhaps the drama was added for the purpose of stirring the pot and, not necessarily e.Digitals pot, but the publics.
