For 737, e.Digital may have made a few bucks on it...However, if 774 was in place they would make much more.

No, Apple settled, under the conditions of the SPJ, without prejudice for its counter claims of non-validity....against 774. They are preserving their considered stature.

It depends on the conditions of the SPJ if future infringement is feasible for e.Digital to re-address the 774 issues.

IMO....e.Digital waived prior and current infringement regarding 774 in the SPJ ....to settle 737....just like SNDK got.

IMO, the gravy, for the most part, is gone without 774 being strong.
