There is no news from EDIG nor Handal to even start to decipher what the settlement may or not be about.

Why would investors plunge in a start grabbing all they can get on knowing nothing?

It's too soon IMO to make any judgements either way.

Lastly, if AAPL wants an NDA and EDIG does not, there will be an NDA...it's not all about Fred making this decision.

It's not a good idea to jump the gun either way until we know something.
