Right or wrong I look at Edig like one would a start up--laugh if you will. The company that existed in the 1990's and early 2000's is not the same company that has been operating for the last five years or so. Since then there have been Flash settlements(yes, smaller than we all would wish) which are continuing and there are more to be filed, the six Nunchi patents have been uncloaked for a year and are a work in progress, and just recently the Micro Signet patents have been approved and are now able to be marketed. Many start up companies do not make any money for the first five years---and they do not make any money until they do or they go out of business. Would you rather own Twitter at $42--they don't make money either.
