The old agreement with Duane Morris regarding the Flash Portfolio I believe was 60% Edig, 40% DM plus some expenses and they were working for no up front money. Dish will know exactly, but I believe the deal with Handal for the Flash is either 65-35 or 2/3-1/3 and Handal gets $30,000 per month up front, however that amount then gets subtracted from their share of the sales/licensing deals.

$30,000 per month for 1 year =$360,000

If after one year Handal gets a $1,000,000 contract executed they would get $350,000 of that, but would have already been paid $360,000 so they would be - $10,000. This is probably not exact, but close. How Handal gets paid as per the new news that Handal is also involved with Nunchi and possibly Micro Signet I do not know.
